Eligibility
Students attending a two-year, four-year, or graduate school program full time in
the fall are eligible to apply. Applicants must be under a physician's care for a
spinal cord injury, spina bifida, transverse myelitis, neurogenic bladder, or ostomy
(ileostomy, colostomy, or urostomy). Must be a legal resident in the United States.

Our belief is that achieving a high grade point average should not be the only criteria
for determining who deserves to be helped. For that reason we are offering a scholarship
that will be awarded on the basis of character, as determined by evaluated the essays
that are submitted.
Eligibility
Scholarships are intended for our future leaders across a wide spectrum of fields
of study. This award is available to high school seniors and all students attending
a post secondary educational facility. You are not required to be taking Engineering
courses to be eligible.

The American Legion Oratorical Contest exists to develop deeper knowledge and appreciation
for the U.S. Constitution among high school students. The 70-year-old program presents
participants with an academic speaking challenge that teaches important leadership
qualities, the history of our nation’s laws, the ability to think and speak clearly,
and an understanding of the duties, responsibilities, rights and privileges of American
citizenship.

The purpose of this scholarship is to make the goal of post secondary education more attainable for the children and grandchildren of veterans by assisting deserving students who might not otherwise have the financial means to achieve their educational goals. A total of six scholarships of this level will be awarded nationally, one per each of the six National Districts of AMVETS.

Eligibility
This scholarship is open African-Americans, Hispanic American, and Native Americans

Eligibility
This program is open to high school seniors who either are a member of a ethnic group
or have a disability. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, at least 18 years old, achieved
1000 on the SAT or 21 on the ACT, have a high school GPA of at least 2.75, meet the
same employment standards as permanent CIA employees, and be able to demonstrate financial
need.
