Transfer Application & Admission
How to Apply
We make transferring to ODU easy. Your personal transfer counselor will help you every step of the way—from completing the application, to transferring credits, to registering for classes.
Step 1: Complete the Application
Complete Ohio Dominican’s free online application. Our rolling admission policy shortens your wait time.
Step 2: Submit Your Transcripts
We'll help you transfer the maximum number of courses possible to ODU.
Send us your college transcripts and we’ll call to review your course evaluation with you and answer any questions. There’s no charge for this consultation:
You can also send your transcripts by email, fax or mail:
transfer@ohiodominican.edu
(614) 251-0156
Mail: Ohio Dominican University, Office of Admission, 1216 Sunbury Road, Columbus, OH 43219
Note: If you’ve completed less than 24 transferrable semester credit hours, you’ll need to also submit your official high school transcripts.
Once we have your application and all of your transcripts, we’ll notify you of our admission decision.
Students may qualify for up to $18,000 in an ODU scholarship package based on cumulative GPA. At the time of acceptance, we’ll let you know whether you’re eligible for a merit-based scholarship.
Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Then we’ll calculate your financial aid package and send that information to you for your review and acceptance. ODU’s FAFSA school code is 003035.
