Biography
Lisa Douglass, Assistant Professor of Education, is new to Ohio Dominican in 2009. She recently completed her Ph.D. at The Ohio State University in Teaching and Learning. While at OSU, she worked as a research associate in the Mathematics Coaching Program. Prior to joining Ohio Dominican, Dr. Douglass taught 5-8th grades for 15 years in Kansas and Wisconsin.
In addition to her Ph.D., Dr. Douglass holds a B.S. in Education, with specialties in mathematics and science, and a M.S. in Education, with specialties in mathematics. Her research interests include adolescents, elementary and middle grade mathematics, and teacher efficacy in mathematics and adolescents.
Dr. Douglass resides in Zanesville with her husband and two girls.
