May Term Programs

Study abroad with an ODU faculty member for approximately two weeks during the May Term! These programs are a great option for students with little international travel or for students who are unable to be away for a longer time. Each year, ODU faculty travel to new destinations and study a variety of topics. Usually, these courses do not require any pre-request course work and are appropriate for any major.  

Students will earn three credits split between the prep course at ODU and the in-country course during the May Term.  Students will take two credits during the second half of the spring semester and one credit in-country. Students would be responsible for any tuition overage during the spring semester, the May Term tuition cost and the program fee.
