Click here to register for a Parking Permit. Resident students and those who have selected the "Hold for Pickup" option will be notified by email when your parking permit order has been filled and is ready for pick up in the Public Safety Office. You must sign for and show your ODU ID in order to pick up the permit. No one may pick up the permit for you. You may retrieve your permit in the Public Safety Office Monday thru Friday from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. The Public Safety Office is located on the 1st floor of the Griffin Student Center in suite 116. If you are not a resident student and have not selected the "Hold for Pickup" option, your permit will be mailed to the address given when you registered for your permit.
Parking Permits are non-refundable.
Refunds may be issued for Full Year and Fall Term Permits until 30 days after the start of the Fall Term.
Refunds may be issued for Spring Term Permits until 30 days after the start of the Spring Term.
Summer Permits are non-refundable, No Exceptions!
