    2014 Spring Fitness Class Schedule
    Yoga  

     Tuesdays& Thursdays 

    2:00-3:15pm 

    Stop by for an hour of stress relief and stretching.  

    No experience necessary - all are welcome! Mats are provided.  

      

    Latin Dance I - Beginners 

     Tuesday 

    6:00-7:00 pm  

    Salsa, Batchata, Rumba, Chacha, Tango, and more! Learn new steps each week – building your confidence and your skills!  

    No partner or experience needed.    

     

    Latin Dance II - Intermediate 

    Thursdsays

    6:00-7:00 pm  

     Danced salsa or batchata before? Try the intermediate class and add some Chacha, Tango, Rueda!  

    No partner needed.     

     



    All fitness classes are free for ODU Students, Faculty, and Staff.  Classes are held in the Dance & Fitness Studio in the Griffin Student Center.  Classes will not be held when the university is closed.
