    Request a free review of your college course credit. Email us the following information:

    • Unofficial transcripts (Log into Cougarweb to access your unofficial transcripts. Then, copy and paste the information into your email. This provides us with the information necessary to complete your evaluation.)
    • Include your anticipated major.
    • Include your name, address and phone number.

    Advising Hours at Columbus State 

    You can meet with an Ohio Dominican representative at Columbus State’s Office of Counseling & Advising Services (located in Aquinas Hall, Transfer Center, 2nd Floor, room 126) from 9 a.m. - Noon Wednesday, May 22nd, June 5th, June 19th, July 10th, and July 24th.  Walk-ins are always welcome!
