One Course At a Time

Research has shown that concentrated immersion in a single subject is the best way for the working adult to learn. You will focus on one subject at a time before moving on to the next course. Because the program is accelerated, you will find the pace keeps class interesting and new.

One Night a Week

To accommodate your busy schedule, your class will meet just one evening a week. Best of all, that class night stays the same throughout the entire program, allowing you to maintain a regular and predictable schedule.

Collaborative Learning

One of the unique features of the LEAD Program is the importance we place on collaborative learning. In many courses, students have the opportunity to work with other students to help them better learn the course materials and sharpen their team skills through project-based learning. The skills learned through collaboration, such as how to combine and share talents, experience, and learning resources, are valued by businesses and other organizations.
