    Minors

Ohio Dominican University offers a variety of academic minors that enhance specific major programs. Minors consist of a minimum of 20 semester credits and are available to students who are working toward a baccalaureate degree. To pursue an academic minor, students must make a formal declaration of their intent after speaking with their Academic Advisor. Students must complete a minimum of 12 semester credits in the minor at ODU and maintain a grade point average of 2.00 or higher in the minor field. Specific requirements for minors are included under the Undergraduate Programs and Degree Requirements listings.

    Certifications

A certificate in Communication Studies is available. Certificate programs are clusters of credit courses focusing on a particular area of achievement. Depending on the certificate program taken, students may apply credits earned toward a degree.
